
When designing a website for a residential investment, we should already have all the data and assumptions developed at the strategic stage. We should know the nature of the brand we have just created and how and to whom we should direct our communication. Using data rather than assumptions allows us to increase the effectiveness of our actions, including in the case of one of the key sales support tools, which is undoubtedly the investment website.
