Baranówek is a residential investment by GVD Development, located in a quiet and green area of Kielce, Poland, designed for those seeking a balance between urban accessibility and a calm, private lifestyle. The project combines modern architecture with a more intimate, low-density layout. Thoughtfully designed homes, functional spatial planning, and proximity to nature create a comfortable living environment tailored to everyday needs. The development offers a selection of houses with private gardens, complemented by infrastructure that supports both convenience and a sense of community. Its location provides quick access to the city while maintaining a distinct, residential character.

Web Design & Development

We designed and developed a responsive website presenting Baranówek as a modern yet peaceful residential investment focused on comfort and everyday functionality.

02. MOTION DESIGN

To reflect the calm and balanced character of the investment, motion design was approached in a subtle and restrained way. Smooth transitions, delicate microinteractions, and scroll-based animations enhance usability and guide users through the content without distraction.

Motion was used intentionally to support clarity, emphasize key information, and create a soft, cohesive digital experience aligned with the nature-oriented identity of Baranówek.This approach builds a sense of calm and quality, reinforcing the idea of a thoughtfully designed place to live, where everything feels considered and well-structured.

03. TECHNOLOGY

Performance-Minded Execution

We built the site on a modern Jamstack foundation, decoupling the front-end and back-end to deliver faster load times, improved security, and seamless scalability. The result is a digital experience that performs as beautifully as it looks.

Gatsby Front-End
Using Gatsby, we created a statically generated front-end that feels fast, fluid, and responsive. Pre-rendering and smart asset optimization ensure users get a lightning-fast experience, no matter where they are in the world.
WordPress as Headless CMS
We retained the familiarity of WordPress for content management, but leveraged it headlessly via GraphQL. This gave the client full control over content updates, without sacrificing performance or design flexibility.
