A modern urban living experience in the heart of Łódź
Kopcińskiego 33 is a residential investment by GVD Development, located at the intersection of Kopcińskiego and Narutowicza streets, in one of the most dynamic parts of Łódź, Poland. Designed as a response to the rhythm of the city, the project combines contemporary architecture, functionality, and a high standard of living.<br /><br /> <br /><br /> The development consists of 123 apartments with thoughtfully designed layouts, complemented by commercial units on the ground floor and underground parking. Its location, close to business centers, universities, and transport hubs, makes it attractive both for residents and investors seeking long-term value.

Web Design & Development
We designed and developed a responsive website that presents Kopcińskiego 33 as a contemporary urban investment in the heart of Łódź. Key features include:
- Apartment Cards & Floor PlansClear, structured apartment cards with detailed layouts allow users to quickly browse available units and find options that match their needs.
- Location & City ContextA dedicated section highlighting the central location, nearby universities, business districts, and transport connections – emphasizing both lifestyle and investment value.
- Visual PresentationA curated set of renderings and architectural visuals that communicate the character of the development and its integration into the urban environment.



To reflect the rhythm and energy of the city, we introduced subtle motion elements that enhance the browsing experience without overwhelming the user.
Microinteractions, smooth transitions, and scroll-based animations guide users through the content and create a sense of flow, mirroring the dynamic nature of urban living.
Rather than focusing on purely decorative animation, motion was used strategically to support navigation, highlight key information, and build a modern, refined digital identity.
This motion design element does more than just impress visually, it reinforces the development’s sophistication and attention to detail. It sets the tone for the entire digital experience, blending creativity with structure in a way that mirrors the physical design of Zenit itself. The result is an immediate emotional connection and a sense of place that stays with the user long after the first visit.

Performance-Minded Execution
We built the site on a modern Jamstack foundation, decoupling the front-end and back-end to deliver faster load times, improved security, and seamless scalability. The result is a digital experience that performs as beautifully as it looks.
- Gatsby Front-EndGatsby Front-EndUsing Gatsby, we created a statically generated front-end that feels fast, fluid, and responsive. Pre-rendering and smart asset optimization ensure users get a lightning-fast experience, no matter where they are in the world.
- WordPress as Headless CMSWe retained the familiarity of WordPress for content management, but leveraged it headlessly via GraphQL. This gave the client full control over content updates, without sacrificing performance or design flexibility.
