A digital platform for modern automotive services

We collaborated with NMA.pl to create a complete online ecosystem that connects car owners (B2C) with verified car repair workshops (B2B). The goal was to design a scalable, subscription-based marketplace where workshops can promote their services, and clients can easily browse, compare, and book appointments. Our work included everything from naming and strategy, to brand design, a fully-featured platform, and marketing campaigns to drive adoption on both sides.

Turning a Fragmented Industry Into a Unified Digital Experience

To build a solution that truly served both sides of the market, we began by identifying pain points for both drivers and workshops through targeted research. These insights formed the basis for a clear, differentiated positioning and verbal identity.

Reliable, Modern, and Designed for Dual Audiences

The NMA identity was built to instill trust and clarity, two essential values in the automotive repair space. The design system is modular and consistent across touchpoints, working equally well for mechanics, clients, and platform communications.

Web Design & Development

The NMA platform is a fully-featured marketplace built around two core user types. Every component, from navigation to dashboards and APIs, was crafted to ensure a seamless, scalable, and transparent service experience.

  • Web Development Fast, secure, scalable architecture supporting dual login, service management, and profile handling.
  • Motion Design Smooth microinteractions guide users intuitively, especially through booking flows and dashboard actions.
  • API Integrations Seamless connections with external systems and internal modules for real-time data handling, profile updates, and service syncing.
  • Client Panel (B2C) A user-friendly dashboard where clients can manage their profiles, appointments, workshop reviews, and vehicle info.
  • Car Workshop Panel (B2B) A powerful interface allowing workshops to manage subscriptions, services, pricing, availability, and client communication.
04. Investor Relations

Leading the investment process in collaboration with the NMA team

Alongside product development, we supported NMA in the area of investor relations, operationally leading the preparation of the project for capital discussions and its further scaling.

Our scope included market analysis and business model validation, as well as the preparation of key investment materials, including the product book, investor pitch deck, and financial models (Excel) for prospective investors. In close collaboration with the project owner, we coordinated and led investor and partner discussions, taking responsibility for meeting structure, investment narrative, argumentation, and negotiation support. In parallel, we worked with external parties responsible for the project valuation and participated in negotiations of investment terms and agreements.

Additionally, we developed exit scenarios for existing shareholders and entry models for future investors, ensuring alignment between the capital strategy and NMA’s long-term growth vision.

Driving Adoption Through Awareness and Trust

With the platform ready to scale, we launched marketing efforts tailored to each user group, bringing on mechanics through lead generation while building awareness among drivers via digital campaigns.

  • Banner Ads Designed for both B2C and B2B segments, these visually strong ads highlighted core benefits like visibility, convenience, and ease of booking.
  • Email Marketing Automated and segmented email campaigns aimed at onboarding new workshops, re-engaging users, and keeping both B2B and B2C audiences informed about platform updates, promotions, and service tips.
  • Lead Generation Campaigns Structured campaigns (search, social, display) focused on onboarding verified workshops and educating end users about the new way to book auto services.
06. TECHNOLOGY

Performance-Driven Architecture

The platform was engineered with performance, flexibility, and long-term scalability at its core. By pairing a modern React-based front end with a robust custom back end, we delivered an experience that is fast, secure, and built to evolve alongside the business.

  • Next.js Front-End The front end is built with Next.js, enabling a highly responsive, app-like experience. Server-side rendering and static generation are used where they make the most sense, ensuring fast initial loads, smooth navigation, and excellent SEO performance. Intelligent code-splitting and asset optimization keep the interface lightweight and efficient across all devices.
  • Custom Back-End with Python & Django Instead of relying on a traditional CMS, the back end was custom-built using Python and Django. This provided full control over data structures, business logic, and integrations. A well-structured API layer ensures reliable communication between the front end and back end while maintaining high security and performance standards.
  • Developer Experience The modern stack supports clean architecture, version control, and continuous deployment. Modular components on the front end and a scalable Django back end make future development faster, safer, and more collaborative, whether that means adding new features or refining existing ones.

The execution encompassed a full brand, user interface, and digital experience design tailored for both drivers and workshops. Fix My Car has become a tool that organizes part of the auto services market, reduces the stress of searching for a mechanic, and supports the growth of local businesses.
