Powering the Future of Electromobility
Pevna Energy is on a mission to accelerate Poland's transition to electric mobility by building 4000 EV charging points by 2030. Our goal was to create a digital platform that not only communicates this ambitious vision but also engages various stakeholders: investors, landowners, businesses, and EV users in a cohesive and compelling manner.

EMPOWERING THE WORLD OF THE FUTURE
Real Energy
To launch Pevna with purpose and precision, we began by building a strategic foundation that could support rapid growth in a complex, fast-evolving sector. From defining the brand’s role in the energy transition to crafting messaging that speaks clearly to multiple audiences, our goal was to position Pevna as both a visionary and a practical force in the shift to clean infrastructure.
- Brand Definition We began by crafting a brand platform rooted in clarity, urgency, and utility, defining Pevna not just as an infrastructure provider, but as an enabler of a cleaner, smarter everyday life.
- Audience Mapping Our strategy addressed Pevna’s diverse audiences: investors, municipalities, landowners, EV drivers, creating a brand that could scale across use cases while remaining singular in tone.
- Messaging Architecture We developed a messaging hierarchy that clearly communicates the what (charging stations), the why (net zero, energy independence), and the how (trusted partnerships, smart technology).

A Visual Identity Rooted in Trust and Technology
- Logo & Wordmark We designed a flexible, future-ready logo that combines stability (pevna means “solid” / “reliable” in Polish) with technical elegance.
- Color & Typography The visual system balances trust and innovation, combining deep, grounding tones with electric accents and clean, modular typography.
- Design Language Every visual element was created to signal clarity and momentum, without unnecessary ornamentation, just like the infrastructure Pevna builds.

Web Design & Development
We designed and developed a responsive, conversion-oriented website that connects users directly to Pevna’s infrastructure and partner ecosystem, with scalable architecture ready to support future growth and integrations.

Performance-Minded Execution
We built the site on a modern Jamstack foundation, decoupling the front-end and back-end to deliver faster load times, improved security, and seamless scalability. The result is a digital experience that performs as beautifully as it looks.
- Gatsby Front-End
Using Gatsby, we created a statically generated front-end that feels fast, fluid, and responsive. Pre-rendering and smart asset optimization ensure users get a lightning-fast experience, no matter where they are in the world. - WordPress as Headless CMS
We retained the familiarity of WordPress for content management, but leveraged it headlessly via GraphQL. This gave the client full control over content updates, without sacrificing performance or design flexibility. - Developer Experience
By choosing a modern stack, we enabled continuous deployment, version control, and modular development, making future updates more efficient and collaborative. - End-User Benefit
For the user, the technology fades into the background. What they feel is speed, clarity, and confidence, no matter if they’re discovering, booking, or returning.

Sustainable by Design
By focusing on performance, sustainability, and optimization, Jamstack offers an eco-friendly, future-proof solution for building efficient websites with a smaller carbon footprint.
Sustainability in the digital world is becoming just as important as in other areas of life, which is why responsible web design should also take into account the minimization of carbon footprint.
The implementation phase plays a key role in this process—it determines server energy consumption, data transfer volume, and the type of hosting used. At this level, it’s possible to apply strategies such as static content generation, green certified hosting, resource optimization, and caching. The Jamstack/Gatsby stack we work with includes:
- Static Pages
Generated during the build process rather than dynamically on each request, which reduces server resource usage and energy consumption. - Speed
Excellent support for load time optimization (prefetching, lazy loading, etc.). - Resource Optimization
Gatsby automatically optimizes images (gatsby-plugin-image), performs code splitting, and supports progressive web apps (PWAs). - Netlify Hosting
Supports CDN + caching, which reduces the energy required to serve pages. It also offers easy integration with tools like Lighthouse, PWAs, and lazy loading. More info: https://www.netlify.com/sustainability/.
If the site requires a CMS, our stack would involve a second server. It’s worth finding a green web hosting provider for this as well—one example is OVH. However, if the implementation were handled on our side, we would definitely carry out more thorough research. OVH is relatively expensive, and our experience shows it can also be unreliable at times.

Building the Backbone of Electromobility
The Pevna Energy project is a comprehensive realization combining a new visual identity with a modern website, together defining the brand as a forward-thinking, reliable, and responsible partner within the energy sector.
Our goal was to create a cohesive communication ecosystem that clearly presents a complex offering, highlights the brand’s expertise, and strengthens its professional image. By combining a bold visual identity, dynamic design accents, and a clear content structure, we delivered a digital experience that feels modern, accessible, and grounded in trust.
The result is a brand and website that effectively support Pevna Energy business objectives, enhance brand recognition, and clearly communicate the company’s core values. This project demonstrates how a strategic approach to branding and digital design can build credibility and foster long-term relationships with clients.
